Products must also be returned with all original tags and packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Custom or special order items, perishable goods, and products marked as &#8220;Final Sale&#8221; or &#8220;Non-Returnable&#8221; are not eligible for return.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/h2><p>To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@mzbintl.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have the RMA number, please package the item securely and include any accompanying accessories or documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.<\/p>\n<p>Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h2><p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).<\/p>\n<p>We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2><p>Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n<p>If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2><p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
