Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligible Products
Products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products must also be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Custom or special order items, perishable goods, and products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@mzbintl.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have the RMA number, please package the item securely and include any accompanying accessories or documentation.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply for some returns. This fee, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the return request.
International Returns
International returns are subject to the same conditions as domestic returns. However, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties and taxes.
